Every milestone deserves something extraordinary.
Bespoke celebration cakes handcrafted with the finest ingredients and an obsessive attention to detail.
Cake, Glorious Cake
At the heart of every cake I create is a simple belief: a beautiful cake should be every bit as memorable to eat as it is to admire. I never sacrifice flavour for show.
Using only the finest ingredients — Callebaut chocolate, real butter and cream, and freshly made caramel — every bite should feel like a celebration in itself. Silky buttercreams, glossy ganaches, perfectly balanced sponges: because a cake that only looks stunning? That's just not good enough.

Simply get in touch via the contact form with your date, your occasion, and your vision. I’ll come back to you to discuss a detailed design and put together a quote.

Most flavours work perfectly well with fondant, however fondant doesn’t do well in the fridge, so certain soft fillings can be a little unstable. All fondant cakes also require a layer of ganache for maximum stability. I’ll always advise you on the best options for your chosen flavour combination.
-
I understand that sometimes plans change. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please let me know as soon as possible, and I will always do my best to move your booking to another date where I can.
-
Most of my flavours can be made gluten free or dairy free, so please do mention any requirements when you get in touch. For full details on which flavours are available in which variations, head to my flavour menu. Please note that my kitchen is not allergen free, so I'm unable to guarantee a completely allergen-safe environment.
-
Cakes with a buttercream or ganache finish should be stored in the fridge, but always bring them back to room temperature before serving (allow 3 hours). Any cake covered in fondant, or with any sugarpaste decorations, must be kept at room temperature, away from direct sunlight and humidity.
-
Once collected/delivered your cake should be consumed within 3 days.
-
All my cakes are presented with a disposable board and box, and can be collected from me just outside of Cambridge, or local delivery can be arranged if required. For deliveries over 10 miles, a small charge may apply — just get in touch and I'll confirm the details for you.

I have an extensive signature menu to choose from, with additional seasonal options, and I’m always happy to try bespoke flavours too.

Every cake is priced individually depending on size and design complexity. As a guide, buttercream or ganache cakes start from £30, and fondant cakes start from £50. I’ll always provide a free, no-obligation quote before you commit to anything.
