Servings Guide
How many people your cake serves depends on the size of the cake and how you slice it. Allow more per person if you are serving your cake as a standalone dessert, or less if you are serving it as part of a buffet table.
Please note servings are allocated per tier - if you are catering for a smaller party but want more tiers to achieve your design, I suggest using a cake dummy for one of the tiers to minimise wasted cake.
The suggested servings below are a guide only, and I can offer any size or shape cake you require. If you need advice, or want a shaped cake, please get in touch.
My round and square cakes are typically 3 layers, and a 9×13” traybake 2 layers, unless requested otherwise.
